Multiworld promotes learning systems which respect natural principles, indigenous wisdom, 'thinking with the hand' - and which root their foundations and identities well outside the formal cages of the Western knowledge system. In Multiworld, we invite you to learn the heart way. Forever.
Over the past 200 years - across the continents of Asia, Africa and South America - the natural capacity of people to learn has been both assaulted and discounted by the imposition of an alien education system that has consistently failed to respect nature, culture or indigenous knowledge. This firmly entrenched formal system of education neither encourages nor endorse the values of natural and innate creativity or personal courage and freedom. Not unnaturally: it was once installed by colonial rulers. Though they have long since departed, the system continues to rule and flourish.
The Multiworld Network is a loose association of people from Asia, Africa and South America joined together in a common objective to end that rule and to restore the diversity of learning practice that prevailed in their societies, cultures and religions from times immemorial.
The Network warmly welcomes people infected with a similar spirit and conviction. Join this enterprise and fight to restore a world in which many worlds are once again warmly embraced.
